Pada bab 7 s.d bab 9 membahas tentang manajemen risiko perbankan (bab 7), manajemen pemasaran bank (bab 8), pengelolaan analisis tingkat kesehatan bank (bab 9). Pada bagian akhir buku ini menjelaskan tentang keuangan bank seperti laporan keuangan bank (bab 10) dan rasio keuangan bank (bab 11),ditambah dengan materi ledership & human capital (bab 12).
